Machine Wash: Wash in cold water (below 30°C) or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle.

Detergent: Use a mild, neutral detergent and avoid using bleach-containing detergents to protect the color and fabric.

Do Not Bleach: Avoid using bleach to prevent damaging the fabric and color.

Ironing: Iron on low heat (maximum 110°C), avoiding direct contact with the fabric to prevent damage.

Drying: It is recommended to lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent color fading. Do not use a tumble dryer.

Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, avoiding humid environments.

All UK domestic orders over £120 will receive free Express shipping (estimated to arrive within 1-2working days excluding weekends and public holidays). For order under £120, the Express shipping fee is £7.99. We prioritize DPD Express shipping to ensure a faster and more reliable delivery experience. 

Order Processing Time
If your order is paid and confirmed by 14:00 on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), we will aim to dispatch it on the same day. Orders paid after 14:00 will be dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly, primarily working with DPD, a premium courier renowned for its fast and reliable service. Below are the estimated delivery times based on location ( Standard shipping):

London & Greater London: 2-4 working days.
England (outside of London): 2-4 working days.
Scotland (major cities like Edinburgh and Glasgow): 3-5 working days.
Scotland (Highlands & Islands): 3-6 working days.
Northern Ireland: 4-7 working days.
