Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Across the UK
All UK domestic orders over £60 will receive free standard shipping (estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays). For orders under £60, the standard shipping fee is £3.99.
Express Shipping Policy
All UK domestic orders over £120 will receive free Express shipping (estimated to arrive within 1-2working days excluding weekends and public holidays). For order under £120, the Express shipping fee is £7.99. We prioritize DPD Express shipping to ensure a faster and more reliable delivery experience.
Order Processing Time
If your order is paid and confirmed by 14:00 on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), we will aim to dispatch it on the same day. Orders paid after 14:00 will be dispatched on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly, primarily working with DPD, a premium courier renowned for its fast and reliable service. Below are the estimated delivery times based on location ( Standard shipping):
London & Greater London: 2-4 working days.
England (outside of London): 2-4 working days.
Scotland (major cities like Edinburgh and Glasgow): 3-5 working days.
Scotland (Highlands & Islands): 3-6 working days.
Northern Ireland: 4-7 working days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier network capacity.
Flexibility in Courier Services
While we primarily use DPD for their exceptional service quality, we reserve the right to switch to an alternative courier if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., service disruptions or operational delays). Rest assured, any changes will be made with the goal of minimizing inconvenience to you.
